All services are delivered remotely. We do not offer on-site or in-person repair services at this time.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are the owner of the device being serviced, or you have explicit authorization from the owner to request service on their behalf.
  • The information you provide when contacting us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

3. Remote Session Terms

When you request a remote support session with one of our technicians, the following terms apply:

Your permission is required. No technician will connect to your device without you initiating and approving the session first.

Full visibility. You can watch everything the technician does on your screen in real time throughout the entire session.

You stay in control. You may end the session at any moment by closing the remote access application — no questions asked.

Session ends completely. Once a session is closed, our technicians have zero ongoing access to your device. No background connections are retained.

Back up your data. We strongly recommend backing up important files before any support session. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for data loss that occurs during a session.

Accurate description required. Please describe your issue as accurately as possible so our technician can prepare and resolve it efficiently.

4. Pricing & Payment

Service pricing will be communicated to you clearly before any work begins. We do not charge your card or collect payment without your explicit approval. The following applies to all transactions:

  • Upfront pricing: You will be quoted a service fee before the technician begins work. No surprise charges.
  • Secure billing: Payment is processed through PCI-compliant channels. We do not store your payment details on our website.
  • Refund policy: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a session, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work to resolve the issue or discuss an appropriate remedy at our discretion.
  • Service plans: If you are enrolled in a recurring service plan, you may cancel at any time by contacting us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
